Supervised experience in the development of computer-based teaching materials.

Objectives
- Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of the learning process.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the theoretical foundation of web-based learning.
- Identify the issues of how computers are redefining educational delivery.
